EXCHANGES 


We always make sure that we provide our customers with the best hair. However, if you change your mind about the lengths or textures, we will gladly exchange it. 

 Hair that has been colored, dyed, or installed will not be exchanged. The hair must come back in his original condition. Exchanges will only be processed after we receive the hair and have it inspected. Customs color hair and special offers (all sales final) cannot be return.

Hair must come in original package with tags, in order to be exchanged. 

You will have 2 days after delivery to exchange it . If you would like to exchange your order for a different length or texture, you will be responsible for the difference in cost, plus a 10% Change of order fee.  

WE WILL NOT SHIP THE REPLACEMENT UNTIL THE ORIGINAL ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND FULLY INSPECTED.
